Li Tao's resume: born in 1948, enlisted in the army in 1968, bachelor's degree, political commissar of a certain department of the People's Liberation Army, retired military cadre, from Pucheng County, Shaanxi Province. He has successively served as the executive director of the China Yuelian Society, the vice president of the Gansu Provincial Yuelian Society, and was awarded the title of "National Yuelian Baijun" and the first of the 2009 National Yuelian News Figures. He has published thousands of works and hundreds of poems, and has won many awards. He is the author of the book "Poetry and Heart Language".
