In the past, the owners of the community may even be punished for parking on the side of the road, coupled with the lack of management of vehicle access, foreign vehicles come and go at will, and parking disputes occur frequently. Parking difficulties have always been a problem that owners are highly concerned about and urgently need to solve.

The original high wall between the park and the adjacent Huwu residential area blocked the footsteps of residents, and the corners of the wall became a gathering place for domestic garbage. But it is this "inconspicuous" area that allows the residents of the community to find a solution to alleviate the problem of parking in the community.
Under the support and coordination of the street, the residential area took the opportunity of "I do practical things for the masses" to organize a discussion meeting with representatives of the nearby Wisdom Bay Park, the industry committee, the property company, and the residents of the community. After coordination, the fence was demolished, and the original vacant land was cleared out and converted into a parking lot for residents to use.
At present, the parking lot has been officially completed and put into use, and the former "parking difficulty" problem of the community has been effectively improved.
