Heishui County's river and lake chief system training opens a new model of smart river patrol

In order to fully promote the "informatization" management of the river (lake) length system, realize the wisdom of river patrol, and further improve the management level of the river chief system, on October 28, Heishui County actively held the second training meeting on the operation and application of the 2021 river and lake length system smart river cruise APP. Aba Prefecture River Chief System Office, Heishui County River Chief System Office, 13 townships and 23 county river chief office member units participated in the video training.

At the meeting, the invited teachers of the Second Provincial Institute of Surveying and Mapping gave a detailed explanation on the information management of the river chief system and the use of the "River Chief Patrol" APP terminal, and put forward specific requirements for inspection data and incident resolution. The APP river cruise software records the route and time of the river cruise in real time on the river cruise system, which can realize the data, real-time and trace management of the river cruise, and create a new pattern of harmonious coexistence between man and nature in the river and lake.
