At present, the second phase of the project has not yet delivered 1-6 high-rise buildings, a total of 701 sets of residential main projects have been capped, doors and windows installed.
The unfinished part has interior decoration works, as well as outdoor roads, greening, fire protection, water and electricity and other supporting facilities.

According to the feedback of the project company, to complete the follow-up project to meet the delivery conditions, more than 40 million yuan needs to be invested.
In view of the current situation of The Blue Cloud News Furong Garden, Anning City has now communicated and coordinated an investment company to negotiate with the development company and invest funds in the purchase of the remaining part of the assets for follow-up project construction.
The purchase funds will enter the special account to ensure the completion and delivery of the project, and the relevant matters are being negotiated.
At the same time, the developer has also promised to deliver the house on December 30, 2021.
However, it is now November, only 2 months away from the delivery time promised by Blu-ray, according to the current progress, many owners are also worried that they will not be able to deliver the house at the end of the year.
