A clue leads to a five-tier drug trafficking network
In March this year, when the anti-drug brigade of the Yangchun City Public Security Bureau investigated the case, it found that the source of the drugs was pointed to a man named Li Mourong.
Policeman handling the case: We analyzed and tracked Li Mourong, and found that Li Mourong, together with a man named Liang Mouxian, often drove a red Kia car and frequently appeared in Yangdong Dongcheng, Jiangcheng Baisha and other places. Most of the people who contacted them were drug addicts.
The police investigation found that Li Mourong and his two men sold drugs to drug addicts, and the frequency of transactions was very high, and the two often drove back and forth to Yangdong, Jiangcheng and other places together to deliver goods to buyers. In view of the seriousness of the case, the public security anti-narcotics departments at the Yangjiang and Yangchun levels jointly set up a special case team to carry out an investigation.
Police handling the case: Further investigation, it was found that Li Mourong's drug source was purchased from a woman named Feng Moulian in Yangjiang.
It was found that Feng Moulian and her husband Zhang Mou both had previous convictions for drug use and trafficking, and had been cracked down on by the public security organs on many occasions. Feng Moulian likes to gamble on weekdays, owes a lot of gambling debts, and relies on drug trafficking to pay off debts.
When the police investigated Feng Moulian and Huang Mou, they found that before each transaction between the two, Huang would contact a man named Zhang Mouyong. The police judged that this Zhang Mouyong should be Huang Mouyong's upper home.
Centralized collection of nets 12 suspects were arrested
The investigation of the special case team found that Zhang Mouyong's public identity was the anchor with goods, and he sold various jades live on the Internet. In fact, this identity is to cover up his illegal income from drug trafficking. The police synthesized multi-channel information and analyzed and judged that this is a multi-level drug abuse and trafficking network. After fully grasping the evidence of relevant crimes, the police launched a centralized network collection operation.
At 6:00 a.m. on the day of the operation, the police mobilized hundreds of police forces and divided them into 15 arrest teams to arrest Yangchun, Yangdong, Jiangcheng and other places in Yangjiang City. Zhang Mouyong's home is a three-story building, the arresting police have mastered in advance, Zhang Mouyong is on the third floor. However, the police were constantly blocked in the process of entering the room.
In the process of the police entering the room was blocked, Zhang Mouyong jumped from the roof of the third floor to the nearby neighbor's house and quietly hid. During the search, the police pushed open the door of the neighbor's utility room and found an abnormality in a corner where plastic bags were stacked.
After Zhang Mouyong was arrested, the police then searched his residence and found a large number of drugs in a cardboard box.
In the net collection operation on the same day, all 12 criminal suspects were present. In addition, the police seized a batch of drugs methamphetamine, heroin, and methadone, and froze more than 300,000 yuan of drug funds.
The suspect contacted in code language contactless delivery
Through the examination of criminal suspects, the police found that the drug-using and trafficking networks of Zhang Mouyong and others not only had a large volume of transactions, but also had a strong sense of anti-investigation and mysterious actions, which made it difficult for the police to solve the work.
When trading drugs, criminal suspects also use code language to communicate with each other, for example, they are accustomed to calling methamphetamine "pork".
The day of the week that the suspect said represented the volume of transactions. For example, Wednesday means thirty grams, and Friday is fifty grams. Criminal suspect Huang Mou has been criminally punished twice by the public security organs for drug trafficking, and has taken drugs many times, and has learned some methods to evade investigation and crackdown. He usually did not meet with his next family when trading drugs, and often used the "buried mine" method to deliver goods.
At present, 12 criminal suspects have been arrested with the approval of the procuratorate in accordance with the law. The case is still under further investigation.
