Recently, China's new carrier rocket first stage liquid oxygen tank static parts in the Eighth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group 800 Institute (referred to as "800 Institute") successfully closed zero, the bottom of the tank box using spinning technology overall forming, diameter of 3.8 meters, for the largest domestic overall forming box bottom, has passed the relevant test assessment, marking the Eighth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group initially has the overall spinning box bottom engineering application capabilities. At the same time, the total length of the tank is 21 meters, which is currently one of the longest carrier rocket propellant tanks in China, and the successful closure of the tank marks the completion of the milestone node for the development of the new launch vehicle structure.
