In order to continuously promote the study and education of party history, Lao MaiXiang focused on the theme, centered on the goal, and organically combined the study of party history with the current work. On October 11, the Laomaixiang Chinese Cook Training Class was successfully opened at the Taihe Community Village Committee, aiming to help people with employment difficulties who are willing to engage in the catering industry and have a certain skill base to improve their skill level and find high-quality jobs. A total of 32 trainees were enrolled in this training, of which 25 were people who had been lifted out of poverty, and the training duration was 20 days and 120 class hours.

Combined with the current upsurge of party history study and education, the teaching method of the training adopts theoretical explanation plus practical teaching, and the theoretical explanation course has special lectures such as party history study education, employment and entrepreneurship, and gratitude education, which are intended to improve the ideological quality of the trainees and enhance the determination to work hard, work hard, and innovate. The practical teaching course includes traditional Dian cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, traditional pastry, fruit platter, etc., and is a "menu-style" course that is accurately arranged according to the needs of the masses. Before each practical teaching, the teacher will organize the students to sing red songs, educate the students to be grateful to the party, increase their hard work, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the students.
During the training, the teacher demonstrated the exquisite Chinese cooking skills for the trainees, and taught the students all-round cooking skills such as the selection and processing of ingredients, the process of cooking, the mastery of the heat, and the preparation of ingredients. In the teaching link, learning, seeing and doing are three in one, which greatly stimulates the students' interest in learning, and the on-site learning atmosphere is very hot.
During the 20-day training, under the patient guidance of the teachers, the students gradually mastered the cooking skills, learned from each other, cooperated with each other, encouraged each other, and made progress together, and the cooking skills were further improved. At the end of the training, there are also professional appraisal institutions to evaluate the culinary skills of the trainees and issue skill level certificates to those who pass the test.
The trainees said that the training positioning is accurate, the way is novel, and the teaching method of combining theory and practice has made them gain a lot, which not only improves the cooking technology, but also establishes the confidence of life, providing a strong guarantee for employment and entrepreneurship. This training can not only improve the ability of the peasant masses to transfer employment, but also broaden the channels for increasing income and getting rich. By upgrading the ability to empower rural revitalization, consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and further laying the foundation for promoting the in-depth development of rural revitalization.
