On October 17, 2017, I accompanied more than 30 photography enthusiasts from Ulanqab City on a nine-day tour to the picturesque and simple Guizhou. All the way to the mountains and rivers, full of emotions, after returning to sleep at night, the dream is still in a different place. Only by throwing up quickly can we calm the restless body and mind and return to the previous peaceful state of life. The following chapters recall what I saw and heard on the trip, and let me start with the tour guide Asson:
We arrived in Guiyang by plane from Hohhot Airport, and a small post-graduate at the exit of the airport greeted us with a sign of a Guizhou folk holiday group. After everyone got on the bus, the tour guide introduced himself as Peng Song, because he was a Tujia family, and everyone called him Ah Song. After Asong counted the number of people, let everyone guess how old he was. Let's say less than twenty-four, he replied twenty-eight. His actual age was a little younger than his age, short in stature, round in the face, in wise eyes, and in a youthful and lively manner.
The car is driving on the road to the city, Guiyang Airport is about ten kilometers away from the city, in addition to the airport near the relatively spacious and flat, surrounded by lush vegetation of high mountains. The urban area is also undulating, the distance between the buildings is very close, presumably here is a small amount of land, and the mountain city of Chongqing has some similar feelings. Along the way, I only looked at the scenery, and what Asong said again did not remember in my mind.
After breakfast on the second day of the hotel, a group of thirty-nine of us took a minibus and arrived at the Huangguoshu Scenic Area in more than two hours. Along the way, Asson kept talking about the local ethnic minority customs and matters of attention. We reported this time that Guizhou pure play nine-day tour, no shopping and self-funded attractions. However, some things are man-made, these years have been fooled by the tour guide, don't look at this not amazing looking Asson, don't hang on the sheep's head to sell dog meat like the previous group tour, as soon as you have time, go around in circles to let tourists spend money blindly.
The actual situation is very different from what I imagined, in the days of tourism in Guizhou, Ah Song was busy in front of others and eating behind others. Take the counting of the number of people on the car, it is a cumbersome and complicated process, so that my number concept is not very good "two hundred and five", that is, counting three times in the heart is not bottomless. In addition, thirty-nine people have very different personalities, and to answer the questions raised by each person with a calm mood requires a certain cultivation and profound cultural heritage.
One day, because of the road construction along the way, it was already dusk when they arrived in the ancient town of Zhengu, and Asong asked everyone to walk to the hotel and said that the hotel would stop the water after ten o'clock at night. People carrying small bags and carrying large bags are tired enough. Some photography enthusiasts are even more complaining, how to take pictures of the good spots of the ancient town at night, and there is a trip to go the next day, and some people ask to change hotels. Asson patiently explained, but there were many people, and his answer did not satisfy everyone. I thought to myself, you suddenly said the two unfavorable factors of walking to the hotel and stopping the water, why not notify the hotel of the water stop for a while, and wait for everyone to stay and then say it is not too late, it is really self-inflicted. Looking at the lonely and weak Asson, I changed from doubt to sympathy. Don't be embarrassed that this is more childish than our children. But I didn't say anything, for fear that people would say that my elbow was twisting outward. Fortunately, most of the people in our team are quite highly qualified and qualified, just talking, and not overly accusing Asson.
There is an inscription by the famous writer Ye Xin in Wuyang Scenic Area, waiting for the cruise ship, Ah Song asked who knows what Ye Xin is doing? I said that he was a Shanghai zhiqing, who had gone to the countryside in Guizhou, worked in Guiyang for more than ten years, and later returned to Shanghai, and was a famous writer of contemporary China. His novel "The Broken Years" was adapted into a TV series in the 1980s, and the song "The Years of Youth To the River" was sung for a long time. I don't have a musical cell and the five tones are incomplete, or I have to hum a few words.
I asked Asson which college graduated? Asson answered Guizhou University. I also want to ask him what major he studied? At this time, his mobile phone rang again, and along the way, Asson kept answering the phone, presumably his business was very busy, unlike those of us retirees who occasionally rang his mobile phone, and it was very exciting to hear the sound.
The main attractions of our visit this time are the two areas of southeast Andan and Southwest Qian, the daily journey is more than two or three hundred kilometers, along the way, Asson constantly introduces the local customs and customs, sometimes everyone is asleep he is still talking, and his throat is hoarse and he can't take care of it. Presumably he must be an outstanding tour guide of the Guiyang folk tour group, and the company sent such excellent talents to receive photography enthusiasts, hoping to shoot classic works, enhance the popularity of Guizhou in the country, and make the tourism industry here more prosperous.
On the way back to Guizhou, Asong finally said the first item of this shopping, there is a place to make traditional silverware, and the local government requires passing tourist cars to go in order to develop the economy. If you buy it, it is a support for Asson's work, and if you don't buy it, you don't blame everyone. Some members of the team bought silver bowls, silver bracelets, silver necklaces and other silver utensils, spending about 30,000 yuan. Asson was excited like a child and made no secret of saying that he had a commission of eight points. Everyone's mind is more balanced, and it is better to say it than to hide it. Whoever does not want to live a better life in life should have a reasonable income. This is much better than some tour guides forcing them to shop and insult tourists. However, do not report a low-cost group when you go out, even the cost of round-trip air tickets is not enough, and you can only find trouble for yourself by coveting cheap.
In the car, Ah Song also talked about the difficulties in the lives of the people in the mountainous areas of Guizhou, saying that children in poor areas have to walk more than ten miles to school every day, and lunch is a few sweet potatoes and potatoes. The government stipulates that each of our tour guides will donate 100 yuan per month to support children in poor areas. I hope that everyone will mail over the obsolete clothing and everyone will give a love.
I also noticed that Asson was changing clothes every day, including shoes, as he climbed mountains or changed anywhere on flat terrain. Tour guides are a show job, tidying themselves up, in addition to making a deep impact on tourists from all over the world, but also showing the image of locals in front of the public.
Every day, Ah Song tirelessly explains the customs and customs of Guizhou, the eight monsters of Guizhou: one monster toilet with him; two monsters old ladies climbing mountains faster than cars; three monster grass roots can stir-fry dishes; four monsters golden liquid carry-on; five monster stones can be used as tile covers; six monster families will make medicinal dishes; seven monsters, three rats and one sack; eight monster barks to sell as medicine...
Asson also talked about the situation in his family, his father was a Tujia family, his mother was a Miao, and he died before he became an adult. My older brother graduated from Guizhou University, and my younger brother went out to work at a very young age. Ah Song's wife is of the Yi ethnic group, and he said that he wanted to start a business before starting a family, but his wife's family all looked up to him, so they got married early. The old man was particularly kind to him, treating him as his own son, and the whole family chatted and played mahjong together, and the life was very happy.
Everyone listened carefully, and some people's eyes widened, and their family alone was composed of ethnic minorities such as the Tujia, Miao, and Yi. There is a song that sings that fifty-six nationalities are one, and China is really a multi-ethnic country!
On the night of leaving Guiyang, Ah Song almost did not sleep all night, the team of over sixty years old and those with disability certificates can enjoy the preferential ticket treatment, he calculated everyone's refund clearly overnight, as soon as possible to return to everyone. At five o'clock in the morning, everyone was notified to get up immediately and distribute the copies to everyone early. He counted the number of people again on the car, arrived at the airport to pick up the ticket and help the tourists check in their luggage, until each tourist passed the security check before leaving with confidence. Those of us who are fifty or sixty years old are like children, and he has become a parent. Some things were not very impressive at the time, and I missed them very much afterwards. Along the way, the most said by Asson was dear uncles and aunts, who treated each tourist as his own relative and was trusted and respected by everyone. Although we returned to our hometown, although we were far away from thousands of mountains and rivers, and still said words of gratitude in WeChat, we warmly welcomed this Tujia young man, and we must come to Inner Mongolia as a guest when we had the opportunity.
