The girl who spoke was named Yang Fan, and this year was her third year in Lei Yunshang. Now, she is already the deputy director of Lei YunShang Chinese Medicine Hall and the recognized "gold medal docent" of Lei Yun Shang Sinopharm Chain. A few years ago, for her own hobbies, she pushed open the door for the first time, saw the bronze statue of Lei Yun standing in the doorway, and took root here... 1. What major did you originally study? Why did you choose to enter the TCM industry?
My initial major was not very close to Chinese medicine, and I graduated from human resource management.
Since I was a child, I have liked the traditional culture of Kunqu opera and pingtan, and after working, I did not engage in human resources-related work, but followed my heart and chose what I liked to do. At the beginning of the work is also related to non-genetic inheritance and the like, by chance, I finally chose to enter the traditional Chinese medicine industry, when I worked in Lei Yunshang Group, I could deeply understand the traditional Chinese medicine culture of my country when I worked, and I was lucky to be able to integrate my preferences into my work.
2. When did you start working as a publicity lecturer? What was the starting point?
I joined in September 18, at the beginning I was an ordinary employee of Lei Yun Shang Sinopharm Chain, and later because of my cheerful personality, good at communication, the service to customers was in place, plus I also liked the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and I was very interested in explaining this aspect, the company began to train me, so that I got the opportunity to become a docent. After that, I took the work of explaining as a challenge to myself, and learned to step out of my comfort zone and do what I liked well.
3. Did you encounter any difficulties when you first started to do publicity and explanation? How did it get over?
When I first started working, I didn't know enough about the corporate culture, or I didn't know a bit one-sidedly, and some customers or leaders would ask some more esoteric questions, and if they couldn't answer it for a while, they would feel nervous, but in the end, under the supplementary explanations of other colleagues and professionals, the explanation work was successfully completed.
As I became more familiar with the work business, I also gained a deeper understanding of the process of explanation, and learned more about lei yun shang group culture and chinese medicine. For different age groups of the subjects, I will adjust this point to make my explanation more understandable.

4, you talk so well, do you have any tricks?
I think I still have some deficiencies in terms of explanation, but I have a little experience and tips to share with you after joining the company for so long.
First of all, it is necessary to understand the culture and knowledge of Chinese medicine of Lei YunShang Group, and then pay attention to some of the latest developments of Lei Yun Shang Group in the society in a timely manner, and at the same time consolidate the professional foundation of Chinese medicine.
Then, for different objects of explanation for age and occupation, there must be different explanation processes, and different words will be used, which should be paid special attention to. For some customers with special requirements, I will remember that customers are supreme, and we must satisfy customers in service and answer customers' questions carefully.
5. Do you have any prospects and requirements for your future work?
In the work of the docent, I will strengthen my ability, cooperate with the work of various departments, actively do publicity, and add highlights to the publicity activities of Lei YunShang Group. Since we have more and more publicity activities after that, I will also help to cultivate more publicity talents for Lei Yun Shang Group, and find employees with innovative consciousness and sense of responsibility.
As the deputy director of Lei Yun Shang Chinese Medicine Center, I will also do my own work with other colleagues, work together, go hand in hand, and contribute to the development of Lei Yun Shang Group.
