In order to combine the teaching content with the actual work, he uses his spare time to read a large number of professional books and literature, participate in various trainings and seminars, and also go deep into the company to understand the industry dynamics. In 2023, he went to Wuxi, Jiangsu Province twice to participate in the capacity improvement training of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Shaanxi Province, and visited enterprises such as Wuxi Jingdong Logistics, eager to learn advanced teaching concepts and methods, integrate the actual needs of enterprises into teaching, and make the knowledge learned by students more practical.

The 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Secondary Vocational School Skills Competition is a stage for Yang Fan and student Zhai Chennan to work together.
