On the morning of October 31, 2021, the Dao'an Office of Tianfu New District, Sichuan Province, launched the publicity campaign of "Safety Starts from the 'Head' and Is Safe and Fortunate 'Helmet' with You" at the Angong Community Square in Huayang Street, Tianfu New District. Cheng Wei, member of the Party Working Committee of Tianfu New District, deputy director of the Dao'an Committee, and director of the Public Security Sub-bureau, Ma Gao, deputy director of the Party and Mass Work Department of Tianfu New District and director of the District Civilization Office, as well as leaders of relevant departments, takeaway enterprises, and representatives of the community masses attended the event.
The event site was carried out in the form of placing traffic safety publicity display boards, distributing promotional materials, and watching the warning publicity video of electric two-wheelers wearing safety helmets. The on-site staff also combined with the traffic accident cases in the warning publicity video, analyzed and explained the harm of not wearing safety helmets to the participating masses, and guided everyone to abide by traffic rules, consciously wear safety helmets, ride civilized cars, and be civilized people.
