Premier Zhou's cultivation rules

Premier Zhou's cultivation rules

Premier Zhou Enlai was a great proletarian revolutionary who was revered and loved by the people of the whole Chinese and the people of the whole world. Great people have noble character, and noble character is inseparable from unremitting self-cultivation. On March 18, 1943, Premier Zhou decreed the "Rules of My Cultivation" (The Collected Works of Zhou Enlai, vol. 1, p. 125), which read as follows:

(1) Step up study, grasp the center, rather fine than miscellaneous, rather than specialized.

(2) Work hard, have a plan, have a focus, and be organized.

(3) The integration of work and study should pay attention to time, space and conditions, make it cooperate appropriately, pay attention to review and sorting, and have discovery and creation.

(4) To wage a resolute struggle in principle against all the incorrect ideologies of one's own others.

(5) Appropriately carry forward their own strengths and specifically correct their shortcomings.

(6) Never isolate from the masses, learn from the masses, and help them. Live a group life, pay attention to research, and observe discipline.

(7) Sound body. Maintaining a reasonable and regular life is the material basis for self-cultivation.

Premier Zhou's cultivation rules

Premier Zhou has extensive knowledge, and he has made outstanding contributions in leading the revolution and construction of the Chinese people; he has mastered the art of struggle in upholding principles and paying attention to tactics; he has always maintained the fine style of being modest and disciplined and never detached from the masses; he is energetic, often sleeping only two or three hours a night, and still maintaining the high efficiency of his work. We can find the answer to all these from the "Essentials".

Comrades should take Premier Zhou as an example and strengthen self-cultivation. Every comrade can act according to his or her own actual situation. Make your own cultivation rules. Of course, we must not forget: it is important to cash in with actions!
