According to the information released by the official website of the Russian new crown virus epidemic prevention, as of 11:40 Moscow time on November 1, there were 40,402 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Russia in the past 24 hours, with a cumulative total of 8554192 confirmed cases; 23,187 new cured cases, with a cumulative cure of 7381726 cases; 1,155 new deaths, with 239693 cumulative deaths.
There were 7,103 new confirmed cases in the capital city of Moscow, with a cumulative total of 1824494 confirmed cases. There were 3,250 new confirmed cases in St. Petersburg, with a cumulative total of 711804 confirmed cases.
In the past 24 hours, Russia has completed 570,000 TESTs for covid-19 and more than 209 million tests. More than 1.996 million people are currently under medical quarantine observation.
