Licheng Avenue is the main road in the main urban area of Zengcheng City, and after years of use, there are shortcomings such as insufficient quality, short service life, poor functional integrity, and rough construction. In 2019, with the full support of the district party committee and the district government, Licheng Street cooperated with the District Housing and Construction Bureau to start implementing the upgrading and transformation project of Licheng Avenue, which was basically completed in September this year.
