After investigation, Jie X defrauded 6 lottery stores with this method totaling more than 19,000 yuan.
A few days ago, the Jinshan District Procuratorate of Shanghai Municipality approved the arrest of Jie X for fraud in accordance with the law. The procuratorial organs held that the criminal suspect Jie X had defrauded others of money for the purpose of illegal possession, the amount was huge, and his behavior had violated the provisions of article 266 of the Criminal Law, suspected of fraud, and decided to approve the arrest of Jie X.
