The signed clean energy project plans to build four new 9H gas steam combined cycle units, which will be developed in two phases. The total investment of the first phase is about 4 billion yuan, and we will strive to start construction in 2022. After the project lands, it will help Jiangjin District optimize the power grid structure, fully meet the new load demand, and provide a strong guarantee for the city's power peak regulation.
Tang Dajun congratulated the successful signing of the project. He said that in recent years, Jiangjin has always adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, orderly promoted the structural reform of the energy supply side, accelerated the transformation of the energy structure and the green development of the economy and society, fully completed the emission reduction target of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", and achieved the effective transmission of improving the quality of the ecological environment to pay more attention to source prevention and control. He said that the project is not only an important strategic layout of China Datang Group in Chongqing during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, but also an important measure for Jiangjin District to deepen the implementation of the national "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" plan. Jiangjin will always uphold the concept of "respecting businessmen, pro-businessmen, heavy businessmen, and loving businessmen", provide quality services, create a first-class environment, and fully support the construction and development of China Datang Group Chongqing Branch in Jiangjin. It is hoped that the Chongqing branch of China Datang Group will speed up the approval of the preliminary project and start construction at an early date to provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of Jiangjin.
