God's request is the same as radar.
Radar needs anti-jamming, God needs concentration; radar needs to be powerful, the detection distance is long, and the high- and low-level coverage is fully covered. God also needs to be powerful, and some people even propose to have the ability to foresee, that is, intuition; radar needs to react quickly, collect information quickly, and process information quickly. God must also be sensitive and accurate.
Only by knowing God's will and God's requirements can we know how God trains.
Why does Tai Chi chuan mean?

Second, practice the mind through qi.
Through practicing qi, we must practice qi, do not practice drumming, and pursue stillness; only stillness can be fixed and can we be vain.
Therefore, the first is to practice neatly and slowly, and the second is to practice qi and concentrate. This is just a purposeful training, not a goal or pursuit of tai chi, and it is not a sign of it.
The main thing is to complete the guidance through the action. Complete breath, meditate and concentrate, and practice concentration first. And the God of the Dharma also needs to be skillful, and this God refers to being wise. The god of boxing and the god of perception are almost inseparable from each other because of their close relationship.
Of course, the mental method of practicing God is to respect, humility, stillness, relaxation, concentration, and composure.
