Chapter 12 Section 2 What is the relationship between the essence, qi, and spirit of Chinese medicine?

Previous We discussed the functional scene of Jing qi and how it happened, and today we talk about the relationship between the three. God is the energy state of consciousness, qi is the state of movement of the mind, and essence is the material composition of the body. God produces qi, which governs the movement of the body. Qi is the bridge between the body and God, so qi becomes the key to the operation of the body. How does Qi control body movement? Qi is the luck state of the mind, the mind is the nerve current or electromagnetic waves, nerve current transmits information to the cell tissue, biochemical reaction occurs, physiologically, presents the change of the cell, and even the change of tissue and organ, commonly known as health or disease. Under normal circumstances, our body's metabolism, unconditioned reflexes, and gene combinations are controlled by the subconscious automatic control system, when we have the mind, a new nerve current is generated, it will affect the unconditioned current, the nerve current information reaching the cell changes, thus affecting the cell's biochemical response, producing two different results, one is health, the other is disease. The process of transferring current is also the operation process of gas. We cannot simply say that the mind is the qi, nor can we simply deny it, the qi is the mind. Qi is a dynamic operation, the idea seems to be a static concept, just like film, looking at every film, is a picture, but after moving up is the movie, it can also be understood to be qi. When nerve current is transmitted to the cellular and even molecular level of the substance, the directional frequency of the nerve current coincides with the cell and the molecular vibration frequency, resonates, and produces a beneficial biochemical reaction, which is a manifestation of health. This current is also called positive qi. Otherwise, the direction of nerve current, the frequency and the cell, the molecule does not coincide, it will cancel each other out, will change the original biochemical reaction of the cell or molecule, and even produce disease. This is called evil qi. In Chinese medicine, the positive qi and evil qi refer to the effects of nerve currents on cells or molecules. On the surface, the current that can produce positive resonance is the positive qi, and vice versa is the evil qi. For example, the six causes of cold, dry, wet and hot are all nerve currents that have a counter-effect on cells or molecules. The aclusion of all things is through the fusion of vibrational frequencies, the common route is resonance, the same frequency resonance or different frequency resonance, the result of different frequency resonance is to cancel each other out, physiologically reflected in the damage of cells. Co-frequency resonance is the embodiment of health. Our nerve currents are most affected by our thoughts, and the most. Ideas, on a cultural level, are thoughts, ideas, ideas. It is imaginary when it is hidden inside, and it is acting outside. Physiologically, we call it conditioned reflex, unintentionally also called unconditioned. 90% of our knowledge is gained from conditioning. At the level of electrobiochemicals, we call it nerve current. In physics, it is called electromagnetic waves. In the subconscious, the mind is the imagination, it is presented in the form of pictures, stored in the vibration frequency of energy. The content of the mind determines the vibration frequency and direction of the current. A well-intentioned, optimistic, positive thought, its current will resonate harmoniously with the cell and the molecule, a beneficial response will occur, and the cell will be healthy. This situation is called righteous qi in Chinese medicine. Otherwise, evil, pessimism, negative thoughts, vibration frequencies do not match the cell and even molecular vibration frequency, will destroy the normal operation of cells, the result is physiological diseases. This situation is called evil qi in Chinese medicine. Moody, sad, sad, and frightening, the frequency of nerve current generated does not match the vibration frequency of the body's cells, so it is harmful. Of course, in many cases, whether our cells will undergo pathological changes or not comes from a single current, but from multiple currents. For example, if you have the influence of current from wind and cold, and also from the current effect of the content of the mind, it is the comparison of the combined forces. For example, if a child's power from the mind is weak, and the power from the wind and cold is strong, he will get sick. Someone in the cold wind, has a strong mental force, and will not get sick. So whether the cells of our body will develop disease depends on the energy contrast between the external wind and cold and the inner mental force. At this time, the inner mental force is also called qi. There are also two aspects to mindfulness, righteous qi and evil qi. In the face of a harsh environment, if you establish a righteous and positive idea, you will resist injuries and maintain your health. If you are pessimistic and produce evil qi, you will get physical harm. If you face illness, difficulties, strong intentions, increased beliefs, your harm will be minimized, even harmless. In TCM, the essence of what is called qi replenishment is to increase your mental strength. So, healer, meaning also. A good TCM physician treats people with intention, medicine is only the embodiment of the idea, and the intention is the key to treating the disease. Meaning is a key, a weapon, a means, and those who make good use of it can cure all diseases.

Regarding the five elements of yin and yang, we will see you next time.
