At 13:30 on October 30, 2021, the fourteenth meeting of the first joint president of the Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association and the third meeting of the preparatory working group for the change of term were successfully held in Jiangsu Great Oak Group Co., Ltd. Hong Qiang, president of the association, Wang Chuping, chairman of the supervisory board, Liu Jie and Wang Jianfeng, executive vice presidents, Chen Jianfeng, Chen Weifeng, Lu Chuanjiang, Xu Jun, Wu Zirui, Wang Jing, Xi Guangming, Yang Yong, Zhang Tianlei, Yin Kaibing, directors Cao Qiong, He Ping, Hou Haifeng (Xu Hong representative), Mao Yulin, Wang Bing, Wang Chenghui, Members Ding Junqi, Li Houwei, Wang Xiang, Xu Honghui, Xu Yuanping, Yao Jia and Zhou Ziyi attended the meeting.
Xu Xixi, Secretary General of the Association, presided over the meeting. The theme of the meeting was clear, mainly focusing on the summary of the work of the third quarter of the association, the work plan of the fourth quarter, and the explanation of the second term of directors, supervisors, presidents, vice president candidates and the list of candidates.
At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Hong spoke on behalf of the representative, he expressed a warm welcome to the members of the leading group who attended the meeting in Suzhou Oak, hoping that the members of the group could listen to different voices in the original intention of better development of the industry, and unite the strength of all parties to successfully complete the transition work. At this meeting, Xu Zhong, President of Zhabei Branch of Bank of Jiangsu, was specially invited as a guest, looking forward to working together in the future to provide support and services for the members of the Association in many aspects.
At the half of the meeting, Xu Xixi, secretary general of the association, made a detailed report on the basic affairs of the association: member management, event management, financial management, etc., and discussed the key work in the fourth quarter, including the group standard E type launch meeting, the preparation of the change of membership meeting and the members attending the meeting.
In the second half of the meeting, which was also the focus of the meeting, Secretary General Xu explained the selection of the second term of directors, supervisors, presidents, vice presidents and candidates, and the members of the meeting reviewed the materials of the changeover. The topics are organized according to the agenda. According to the development plan of the association, the participants in the meeting held a fierce discussion on the detailed rules of the next term in the "Articles of Association", expressed their opinions, and finally reached a preliminary consensus by voting, which will be reviewed at the first eighth council meeting on November 13, and will be announced and implemented after the second first general meeting of members discusses the resolution.
At the end of the meeting, the participants made additional speeches respectively, on the issue of the proportion of integrators and supporting providers in the next vice president unit of the association, after discussion, it was decided that the ratio division of the first session would be continued. Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association will continue to carry forward the spirit of "openness, cooperation, innovation and win-win" and work together with industry enterprises to promote the development of laboratory construction.
Philosophy is the precursor to action. At the key node of the preparation for the second session of the current session, looking back on the past, summarizing the excellent experience and positive contributions of the first leadership team; looking forward to the future, the leadership team put forward effective suggestions on promoting the development of the association and promoting the prosperity of the industry, which demonstrated the spirit of responsibility as a laboratory industry person. In the future, as a member of the association family, we should work together to promote the construction of a good, orderly, healthy and safe laboratory environment, and jointly build a laboratory industry for good development.
