Li Cheng'an, director of the aquatic products station of the District Agricultural and Rural Bureau, scooped out a few tails with a small bowl, and while showing to reporters, he introduced, "White turtle is a very rare type of fish species, the individual is not large, next to it is a long thin loach, which is an endangered and valuable fish, it is also a small size, the specifications of both kinds of fry are 6 to 8 centimeters, and today they are released to the national aquatic germplasm resources conservation area such as yellow jaw white turtle in the Guang'an section of the Qujiang River, in order to restore the fishery resources of the Qujiang River and increase the population of white turtle and long thin loach." ”

Determine the stocking species, measure the specifications, models, release fry... In the formal release process, the staff cooperated with each other, step by step and in batches, and in a short while, buckets of fish fry entered the canal river in an orderly manner along the water flow.

According to Ou Juxiu, deputy general manager of the electric power division of Sichuan Guang'an Aizhong Co., Ltd., the company conscientiously implements the national environmental protection policy and will carry out a three-year breeding and stocking activity in the waters of the power station under its jurisdiction, and this year is the first year. At present, the upstream Liangtan Power Station and the downstream Sijiutan Power Station have been multiplied and released, of which the Liangtan Power Station has put 40,000 tails on October 28, plus the 20,000 tails released by the 49 Beach Power Station, a total of 60,000 tails.

Through breeding and stocking activities, the fish resources in the Canal River Basin can be replenished, the productivity of the water area can be improved, and the ecological environment can be restored.
