Qujiang Four Bridges connect Xindu Village, Lidu Town, Quxian County, and Nanba Community, Qujiang Street, the project design bridge length of 1609 meters, bridge deck width of 36 meters, two-way 6 lanes, design speed of 80 kilometers per hour, in accordance with the first-class highway standard design, set up non-motorized lanes and sidewalks.
Zhu Tong, a technician at the Qujiang Four Bridges, introduced that the assembly of the main bridge, the bearing platform, the pier pillar and the block of the main beam have been completed, the south dam is close to 40 blocks, and Li Du is close to 35 blocks. There is still a 20-meter gap between the south dam bank, a 30-meter gap between LiDu's bank and a 50-meter gap in the middle, and it is expected that the whole bridge will be closed in the first half of 2022.
It is understood that the main structure of the bridge of the qujiang four bridges is a continuous steel structure, the main span is 180 meters, the side span is 95 meters, and the introduction bridge adopts the first simple support and then continuous, and the span of each span is 30 meters, which is more difficult to construct. During the construction of continuous beams, the construction party adopts the hanging basket construction method to complete the binding of steel bars, pouring concrete, and applying prestress, which improves the work efficiency and accelerates the construction progress.
Zhang Xinxin, director of the Qujiang Four Bridges Engineering Department, introduced that the hanging basket construction process is a very mature construction process in China, and all the quality of the main girder can meet the requirements of design and specification. The construction process of the hanging basket is mainly divided into five categories: walking of the hanging basket, positioning of the formwork, installation of steel bars, pouring of concrete, and tensioning and grouting of prestress. Hanging basket construction is like the crane arm extended out section by section, the use of this hanging basket construction is to ensure the construction period, the second is to ensure the quality.
