Good afternoon! Today we are very pleased to gather here to solemnly hold the "2019 Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Summit and Top 100 Real Estate Press Conference", on behalf of China Real Estate News and Zhongfang Tongchuang, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the leaders and guests who came to the summit.
People come early in the spring, and it is time to forge ahead.
Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, China's economy has developed vigorously, the regional economy has shined brightly, and three major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, yangtze river delta and pearl river delta have been formed along the coast, which together with the Beijing-Guangzhou railway and the urban agglomerations along the Yangtze River Basin economic belt constitute the "bow and arrow" pattern of China's regional economy. Official data show that in the first half of 2019, the 45 trillion yuan gdp of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration contributed 20.3% of it. Judging from the data of the 26 cities under the jurisdiction of the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai ranked first with a GDP of 1.6 trillion yuan in the first half of the year, followed by Suzhou and Hangzhou, plus Nanjing and Ningbo, and the GDP of these 5 cities in the first half of 2019 was more than 500 billion yuan. Not surprisingly, at least 6 cities in the Yangtze River Delta will be shortlisted in the GDP trillion club in 2019.
