Pre-fried breadcrumbs, which are crispy in texture are one of the most important features of a delicious pork chop, with the crispy crust exploding in the mouth when the first bite is taken. Like crispy roast chicken, the key to keeping the crust and golden brown is to sauté the bread crumbs until golden brown before wrapping the pork in breadcrumbs. This way, there is no need to pour a lot of oil while baking, so that it turns golden brown in the oven. With sautéed breadcrumbs, you don't have to worry about spending too much time browning the shell of the taco and prevent overcooking of the pork tenderloin.
The thickness of pork tenderloin should not exceed 1/2 inch (1.2 cm), remember to use good quality pork and mash it to ensure that the pork tenderloin will become tender after cooking.
Finally, I added black and white sesame seeds to the middle of the tonkatsu sauce, but this is optional. When ground, sesame seeds give off a very good aroma and flavor. The aroma of the tahini sauce is a perfect match for the pork chops sauce, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which is so relieving. I don't really mind frying, but for healthier options, this grilled pork cutlet is amazing! Black and white sesame seeds have been added, but this is optional.
