"I am a writer and a member of the CPPCC Municipal Committee. I will make three proposals this year. On May 14, Gao Jiangang, member of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, president of the Municipal Literary Creation Institute, chairman of the Municipal Writers Association, and editor-in-chief of Qingdao Literature, said in an interview with reporters.
As the president of the Municipal Institute of Literary Creation, Gao Jiangang led his colleagues to plan and organize a large number of activities that were popular with the public, especially literary lovers, and as the editor-in-chief of Qingdao Literature, Qingdao Literature set up the "Seagull Literature Award", which had a significant impact on the national literary circle. At this year's two sessions, he submitted "On the Establishment of the Wang Tongzhao Research Center", "On the Establishment of the Qingdao Poetry Museum", and "On Strengthening the Protection of Yang Zhao's Former Residence and establishing the Yang Zhao Children's Literature Award". He believes that if these proposals can be adopted, they can not only enhance Qingdao's urban cultural taste, promote the construction of cultural industries, and expand the influence of cultural brands.
Speaking of "On the Case of Establishing the Wang Tongzhao Research Center", Gao Jiangang revealed that Wang Tongzhao, as a heavyweight writer who has lived in Qingdao for twenty or thirty years and is a heavyweight writer in the history of modern Chinese literature, has left many long, medium, short stories and famous poems. In Gao Jiangang's view, Wang Tongzhao, like the local writers in Qingdao, has truly integrated into Qingdao, which can be called a banner representing Qingdao's modern literature. At present, there is still relatively little research on Wang Tongzhao, so the study of the materials left by Wang Tongzhao is necessary for the combing and development of the literary context in Qingdao, and will also form an important impact on the whole country.
The "Case on the Establishment of the Qingdao Poetry Museum" is Gao Jiangang's second proposal. In the 1930s, the center of the most active era of Crescent poetry in Qingdao was in Qingdao, where poets created and published publications and achieved very high achievements. In the 1940s, Qingdao also emerged many poets, such as the well-known Zang Kejia, etc.; in the 21st century, Qingdao also has a large number of powerful poets, such as Xie Yicheng and Cao Anna. After the establishment of the Poetry Museum, it can do a lot of research and competitions related to poetry, including the "Poetry Festival". As for the location of the Qingdao Poetry Museum, Gao Jiangang believes that the old city can better represent the characteristics of Qingdao's poetic city.
In addition, Gao Jiangang's third proposal is to strengthen the protection of the former residence of the child poet Yang Zhao. Gao Jiangang revealed, "Yang Zhao began his poetry writing in Qingdao and was known as a 'genius poet' as soon as he made his debut. His first collection of poems, Ula Cao, was printed in 1948 and published by the then Qingdao Literary and Art Society. Yang Zhao's former residence is at No. 6 Guanhai 1st Road, which is not currently listed or open to the public. As an extremely influential poet in children's literature in The Country, Yang Zhao left very famous children's poems in Qingdao, such as "Where is Spring" written in Qingdao, and also compiled into a collection of poems. It is hoped that the relevant departments can do a good job in protecting Yang Zhao's former residence and use his influence to carry out and organize children's literature creation nationwide.
