  Grey crane, also known as Chitose crane, Genzuru, sweet potato crane, national second-level protected animal. This is probably one of the most popular birds among Chinese people. It has been a symbol of longevity since ancient times. Many idioms such as Matsutsuru Yannian, Crane Hair Childlike Face, Matsu ling Tsuru Shou, Plum Wife Crane and many other idioms come from it.
