Changzhou Pilot Center helps the construction of an international intelligent manufacturing city
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Changzhou city clarified the urban positioning of "international intelligent city and central axis hub of the Yangtze River Delta" and planned to implement the "532" development strategy. Tianning took advantage of the momentum, seized the opportunity, aimed at the goal of "Yangtze River Delta Three New Economic Highland", accelerated the construction of relevant carriers, and strived to contribute to Changzhou's construction of the Yangtze River Delta innovation axis. Based on this, changzhou future smart city cloud manufacturing pilot center came into being.
Changzhou Future Smart City Cloud Manufacturing Pilot Center is the main venue of the opening ceremony of the Three New Economic Fairs in Tianning District, with a total construction area of 180,000 square meters, focusing on the development of industrial + Internet industry, building an industrial Internet double-cross platform, and creating a cloud manufacturing industry agglomeration center.
At present, the park has introduced Kaos COSMOPlat, Zhibu Interconnection, Haowan Intelligence, Zhongtian Interconnection, Zongshen Cheyun Digital, Yiying Technology and other industrial Internet ecological enterprises, and strives to carry out leading innovation in manufacturing resource agglomeration, industrial chain collaboration, manufacturing model innovation, manufacturing double creation, etc., to create a cloud manufacturing online support platform and offline comprehensive service carrier.
The relevant person in charge of CAOSMOPlat said that the Kaos COSMOPlat Changzhou Industrial Internet Application Promotion Center located in the pilot center was also officially opened today, and this center will serve as a carrier for experience, communication, diagnosis, interaction, research and development, innovation and other aspects in the field of industrial Internet.
It is understood that the center promotes intelligent manufacturing products and services for Changzhou, Jiangsu and the Yangtze River Delta region, on the one hand, as the operational support of the Kaos Industrial Internet platform, to help the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and enterprises in the region; on the other hand, it gathers Sino-German resources and industrial chain partners to create a regional industrial Internet ecology and help the development of Changzhou's digital industry.
Two major aspects help Changzhou's digital transformation
The relevant person in charge said that CAOSCOMOPlat will focus on the digital transformation of Tianning District from the following two aspects.
The first is to empower science and technology to create a national-level equipment digital intelligence service platform.
Take the empowerment of Changzhou leading enterprise Yadong Group as an example. By connecting multiple links such as design, research and development and production, COSMOPlat realizes the interconnection of the whole process and all factors, helping enterprises to improve the energy efficiency of equipment operation and the level of equipment automation and realize digital transformation. After the empowerment and transformation of KAOS COSMOPlat, while the company has achieved cost reduction and efficiency increase, the comprehensive utilization rate of equipment has increased by 9%, and the one-time pass rate of products has increased by 20%.
The second is ecological construction, which helps the construction of Changzhou's "three new economic highlands".
At present, CAOSCOMOPlat has gathered rich resources covering multiple fields of "production, learning, research, use and gold" to build a new ecosystem of industrial Internet and help the construction of Tianning's "Yangtze River Delta Three New Economic Highlands".
Located in the pilot center, Kaos COSMOPlat Changzhou Industrial Internet Application Promotion Center has a total area of about 1300 square meters, positioned in the enterprise digital transformation service hall and industrial Internet platform application supermarket. The entire center is composed of six core sections of "manufacturing enterprise diagnosis center, industrial analysis center, industrial design innovation center, industrial Internet empowerment center, industrial Internet scientific research and innovation center, and industrial Internet practice center", which can be called an enterprise digital transformation hospital that provides one-stop service of "comprehensive physical examination, in-depth consultation, special diagnosis, symptomatic prescription, expert consultation, and clinical treatment".
