What is it like to complete a bucket list?

Looking back on the process from writing the book to getting the sample book, the mood is very calm, it seems that everything is natural and natural. The process of writing the book was not too painful, but there was a sense of emotional flow and spiritual pleasure, and after writing, I felt a sense of release and ease, and it seemed that I could put the past six years behind, lightly pack, and start a new journey. In the period of waiting for the review and sample book, the mood is a little nervous and a little excited, but when the sample book is received, there is no feeling, as ordinary as receiving other couriers, and a lot of emotional fluctuations and richness seem to be in the process, not in the result.

There are many reasons behind this phenomenon, which may be summed up in several main points: First, there is a wrong understanding of some concepts in psychology, which leads to many people being kidnapped by others or themselves, resulting in more and more serious depression, and naturally unable to solve the problem. For example, for the concept of acceptance, many people can't actually accept it, but they have to force themselves to accept, this acceptance is pretended, behind it is repressed, they don't understand, accept their own non-acceptance, itself is also a kind of acceptance. Second, the psychology articles and books that people read are not systematic and professional enough, and many people just fragment the so-called psychology popular science articles with strong personal emotions and specific values, which are easy and refreshing to read, but usually just an emotional resonance, not some objective and neutral rational analysis. Third, people lack some psychological self-help methods and steps, resulting in helplessness after problems, and do not know where to start. In response to the above common problems, this book clarifies and explains many psychological concepts in detail with questioning and speculative ability, and gives many examples close to life combined with theory to understand, the practical part, is also grounded, basically everyone can do. If you can't do it, then your problem is more serious, you need to find psychological counseling and analysis for a period of time before you can try to save yourself, or try to save yourself while receiving counseling and analysis.
