Home Cooking: To prepare pork ribs with perilla sauce

Perilla dissipates cold and dampness, and its aromatic smell is pleasant and depressing.

Ingredients: 500 grams of ribs, 30 grams of perilla, 10 grams of garlic, 10 grams of ginger slices, pepper, soy sauce, corn flour, noodle sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar, peanut oil.

Directions: Wash the ribs, cut into 3 cm pieces, drain and add salt, corn starch, soy sauce, pepper to marinate; wash the perilla, remove the old leaves, chop and set aside; open the pot under the oil, under the ginger slices, pat the garlic and stir-fry, then put the ribs, fry until both sides are golden; add shiso and stir-fry, splash a little rice wine, add oyster sauce and noodle sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, then collect the juice and add salt and sugar to taste.
