In 1993, the 22-year-old Wang Tao chose his son to inherit his father's business after graduating from university, and this was also Wang Tao's first venture. According to Wang Tao, there are few shops in Wanhe Chunshi Wan and Chun, the brand is weak, and there is basically no modern management system. Due to the lack of experience of the older generation in management knowledge, the development of Wan Hechun lacks direction. In 1996, after 10 years of accumulation, the funds reached 1 million. In 1999, Wanhe Chunshui Qinggou store opened, while dealing in rib rice, Wang Tao also sold the casserole pot of Juxian Road store on an experimental basis at the same time. In 2003, Wan Hechun walked out of Qingdao for the first time and opened the first foreign direct-operated store in Penglai, Yantai. In 2004, Wan Hechun entered the stall for the first time and stayed in Qingdao Dongtai Jiashike and Huangdao Jiashike. In 2007, Wan He Chun operated for the first time in the form of a shopping mall, opening a store in Baolong Plaza in Chengyang, which was defined as the model of Wan He Chun's second generation store.
