Come to Changchun and fight together

A city has the temperament of a city.
A city has a city spirit.
Not to mention the differences between the north and the south, even if it belongs to the same northeast, Changchun and other cities are also colorful. In September 2021, the interview group of China Youth Magazine and the major research group of the "Youth Development Research" of the Central Committee of the Youth League walked into Changchun City, Jilin Province, and conducted a week-long in-depth interview and research on the growth and development of Chinese youth in the new era.
From the five dimensions of policy interpretation, gathering energy and talents, changfeng new solution, ideal city, city rhyme and calm and the four sections of manufacturing capital, science and technology industry, innovation and entrepreneurship, and Changchun Liulu, the special issue walked into the four high-tech industry clusters in Changchun, talked with dozens of policy makers, industry practitioners, entrepreneurial managers, young workers, and cultural builders in Changchun, interviewed young people in Changchun for innovation and entrepreneurship, employment development, and study and life, and interpreted Changchun's northeast revitalization strategy and comprehensive revitalization opinions put forward by the central government, in Jilin Province." Under the deployment of "one main and six doubles", we will do a good job of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, promote manufacturing transformation, scientific and technological leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship, cultural development, people's livelihood security, etc., show the current and future development picture of young people in Changchun, and tell the urban policies and environment construction of Changchun to promote youth development from an objective perspective.
The "Policy Interpretation" part reflects Changchun's top-level design to attract young people. Zhang Zhijun, member of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Changchun Municipal Party Committee, interpreted the new Changchun, new changes and new ideas in the process of northeast revitalization, comprehensive revitalization and all-round revitalization from the perspective of strength, vitality, charm, potential and magnetism. Responsible persons of Changchun Municipal Organization, Human Resources Social Security, Communist Youth League, Writers Association, Economic Development Zone, New District, Jingyue High-tech Zone, Automobile Development Zone, People's Society, Development and Reform Industry and Information Technology, Organization, Party and Mass, etc. interpreted the policy logic of Changchun to attract talents and wisdom, which is a pragmatic measure to attract young people to grow up.
The "City of Manufacturing" section highlights the heritage and innovation of the automotive industry. The independent innovation stories of the three "post-85s" of FAW Group give us insight into the new automotive industry cradle that FAW is weaving into new energy, network security and digital transformation. With FAW as the core, the spare parts manufacturing industry that provides supporting equipment for the whole vehicle has become a new battlefield for the second-generation youth who inherit their father's business. They inherit the excellent qualities of the original family industry workers, receive a good Chinese and Western education, work hard and innovate, develop enterprises, and build their hometown. Young people in automobile manufacturing enterprises have gained a sense of achievement and solidity by struggling, which is the hope of the northeast manufacturing industry to revitalize.
The "Science and Technology Industry" section presents a new pattern of industrial development. The rapid growth of high-tech enterprises such as "Jilin No. 1", Kumei Biological, Changguang Zhiou, Zhongnong Sunshine, and Jishi Media is behind the new industrial pattern formed by Jilin Changchun relying on the original scientific research resources, educational resources and talent resources in satellites, biomedicine, optics, modern agriculture, big data applications, etc., which is the driving force for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
The "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" section shows the vivid appearance of serving young people's entrepreneurship. There are seemingly humble but wise entrepreneurial ferrymen father and son, who work hard to help young people with dreams reach the other shore; there is the "shop small two + mother" Youth Innovation Park model, which escorts college students and international students to start a business; there is an apartment service model that builds nests for talents, giving outstanding young people a bed to live in; there are league organizations that take root in the park and community to create a change for young people. They work hard to provide thoughtful and professional services for young entrepreneurs. This kind of sincerity and effectiveness of throwing oneself down for young people allows college students to find empathy, which is the best narrative that moves more and more young people in the old age.
The "Changchun Liu green" section excavates the deep taste of culture. From the freedom and open-mindedness of strolling by the South Lake near Changying, to the comfort and beauty of the 461 Hospital building; from the team inheritance of Huang Danian's spirit to the talent cultivation of Jilin Animation; from the elegance and harmony of cultural people to the enthusiasm and frankness of Pingshui Encounter; from the gentleness of literary lyrics to the low-key calmness of the city rhyme. The new generation of cultural people in Changchun has found a sense of existence in their hometown, crazy for it, and struggled for it, which is the soft place that moves the wanderers back to their hometowns.
Late autumn has arrived, and the streets of Changchun are quietly wrapped in a cluster of fallen leaves. When the tram slowly passes, the story of Changchun and youth is frozen on the Ferris wheel into an autumn fairy tale, and the romance of the Yitong River gradually transforms into the city's breathing and heartbeat.
