Tianshan Network News (reporter Yu Jiang Yan correspondent Wang Fuquan reported) On October 26, the 17th Li Siguang Geological Science Award was awarded in Beijing, and Yunlu, deputy general manager and chief geologist of the Northwest Oilfield Branch of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, was awarded the Li Siguang Geological Science Award Field Award.
The Li Siguang Geological Science Award is the highest level honorary award in China's geological industry, founded in 1989. Yunlu has long been committed to reservoir and reservoir research, and has been adhering to the frontline of oil and gas exploration and scientific research in the Tarim Basin for more than 20 years, and has undertaken a total of 15 major national projects, major special projects of Sinopec and "Ten Dragons", of which 1 won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress and 3 won the first prize of provincial and ministerial level.
Yunlu has made a number of achievements in the basic geological research of the basin, the evaluation of constituencies, and the study of reservoir and accumulation enrichment laws, which has made important contributions to the rapid exploration of tahe oilfield and the discovery of shunbei oil and gas field.

Yunlu has successively gained research and understanding in clarifying the development model of multi-stage karst reservoirs in the Ordovician system of the Tahe River and enriching the theory of marine oil and gas exploration, and has played a key role in building the world's first billion-ton Tahe karst fracture cavern-type large oilfield, effectively supporting the rapid exploration of the Tahe oilfield.
Yunlu has innovatively established the reservoir formation mode of "Cambrian hydrocarbon supply, vertical transmission, late reservoir formation, fracture control and wealth control", clarified the resource pattern of Shunbei, and enriched and developed the theory of marine oil and gas accumulation. At present, the estimated resources of Shunbei oil and gas field have reached 1.7 billion tons of oil and gas equivalent, and a million-ton production capacity position has been built.
The Li Siguang Geological Science Award is composed of the Li Siguang Geological Science Award Field Award, the Scientific Research Award, and the Teacher Award. In addition to Yunlu winning the Li Siguang Geological Science Award, Wei Bo, senior engineer of the Autonomous Region Coalfield Geology Bureau, also won this award.
