According to the official WeChat message of the Information Office of the Qingdao People's Government, on October 14, the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee decided to suspend Comrade Sui Zhenhua, secretary of the party group and director of the Municipal Health Commission, for further investigation; and appointed Comrade Yang Xixiang, executive deputy director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, to preside over the overall work of the Municipal Health Commission.
On October 15, the party group of Qingdao Municipal Health Commission decided that Deng Kai, deputy secretary of the party committee and president of the Municipal Chest Hospital, would be dismissed from his post and subject to further investigation.
