Famous scholars in China have summed up their own health experience and summed up a sentence that is, the sentiment is weak and the atmosphere is noble.
Affection is light, not thin, unsentimental, light is light. People have feelings, people's feelings are either thick or light, if people can't do feelings as light as water, it is also appropriate to be thick and light. Affection must not be too strong, too strong will hurt the body, such as love, family affection, friendship... When the love is too strong to dissolve, suddenly one party encounters an accident, and the other party is powerless to extricate itself, and naturally it will be hurt by the love. Therefore, it is better to have a lighter affection. Even if it is to be thick, it should be thick and light, light and strong; it should also be like warm water brewing tea, slowly thickening, thick and not greasy.

Qi Guihe, and NaiHei also. A state of peace is a state of mind, a wonderful state that seems ordinary but is actually extraordinary, seemingly ordinary but extraordinary. Since ancient times, there have been many people who have cultivated their own nature, but there are not many who can truly achieve peace of mind, and if the qi is not harmonious, it is easy for people to use, so that they are harmed.
Affection is light, temperament is expensive. It is easy to know lightly and easily, but it is difficult to be light to be harmonious. How can we gradually reach the realm of calm and temperament? There are five methods:
1 Follow the law of nature. When things are not demanded, what is gained is gained, and what is lost is lost; what is gained is not joy, and what is lost is not worried.
2 Spiritual Happiness Method. Leave all your worries behind, think of something beautiful, and let happiness fill your mind, fill time and space.
3 Meditation into the Dharma. Concentrate, purify the source, regulate all thoughts, tie the heart together, and relax. The hearts are interdependent, the viscera is visceral, and there is no thought.
4 Rewind reduction method. Don't take setbacks and failures seriously, take a step back and return to the original position.
5 Deep Breathing Method. Even if there are a thousand pains, ten thousand displeasures, as long as you fill the abdominal cavity with a deep breath of fresh air, and then completely dissolve the haze and exhale the depressed breath, you will be relaxed.
