My secret garden

author:pratyaya

Today I came to my secret garden again. Familiar river channels, familiar meadows, familiar birds, but at this time, the scenery here changes day by day, and the footsteps of autumn are unstoppable.

Why do I call it the Secret Garden? Because this is a secret base that only I know, strangers, my relatives and friends do not know. And because there is water, flowers and trees, insects and birds, white clouds and blue sky, I call it a garden. It is natural, not artificial, but more comfortable for me.

This is the lower part of a river channel, so it is close to the water, and it is possible to take a step or two to catch the moon in the water. In fact, this is more like a wetland, the environment with water and grass has attracted many birds, pheasants, wild ducks, kingfishers, egrets, and some unknown birds. I often see flocks of egrets basking in the sun, foraging for food, or walking gracefully at the water's edge, where they can show off their posture and where very few people come. Even if there is a slight untimely movement around them, they will be alert, and complete the whole set of take-off actions in an instant, and still lose their elegant essence. You can also see wild ducks swimming around in groups of three or five in the water, and behind them will draw two exquisite arcs of water waves, adding a lot of fun to the calm water. They sometimes play and play in the water, taking pleasure in catching small fish and shrimp, so unhappy! If you look up, you'll also find them flapping their wings high in the air, and their slightly bulky bodies need a pair of powerful wings to hold them back, so the sound of colliding with the air and squeezing will startle you a lot compared to the silence of the egret's flight. Pheasants are hidden in the reeds, and you can never see them, you can only hear their quacking. Of course, there are countless insects here, including dragonflies, grasshoppers, ants, and unnamed ones. In addition to these waters, there are frogs, bluefish, shrimp, loach, and snails. Maybe there were snakes in the grass, and though I hadn't seen them, I guessed there should be. They are all part of this place, they are all friends of nature, and it is so comfortable to be with them!

Would come here whenever I was happy. I come here whenever I'm sad. And every time it is a single bicycle coming, there is no interference from outsiders. Before coming here, there were two roads to choose from, I chose the dirt road that was difficult to walk every time, because it was a dirt road, there were very few cars to walk, and I rode on it alone to feel extremely free and free, and occasionally stood on the car to come up for a section of off-road, without looking at everything behind me, just rushing forward, of course, the scenery under the river embankment can also be seen because of standing. After a leisurely ride into such a garden, it is not to mention how pleasant it is.

Whether your previous mood was happy or sad, as soon as you enter here, you will immediately become very calm, your happiness, surprise, pain, sadness can be responded to here, here is a big family, there are too many listeners, they will not perfunctory you, prevaricate you, to you hot and cold, bad words add up. Some are just old friends who listen, comfort, share, as long as you sit here. Even when you are depressed and uncomfortable, when you want to talk and stop, it will wait for you quietly, when you don't want to talk, it is like a confidant, silently accompanying you, looking at the distance, looking at the white clouds, lying in its arms listening to the unique songs of nature here.

The scenery has changed a lot compared to the last time I came, and I walked on the grass last time, and I actually saw the traces I left last time, but the color of the grass became yellower and crisper, and there were some signs of drying up.

Today's clouds are few, but the sun is very strong, and there is a little more autumn in the air than last time. The last time I took pictures here, I could almost see the newly smoked buds of wormwood, and now their upper parts have turned white.

But at the moment, I'm looking forward to my next visit!
