The grandfather who made flowers is named Wang Fuming, and he is 93 years old this year. He is a retired cadre of the Logistics Department of the Xinjiang Military Region who has been on the border for decades, and currently lives in the Gumei Recuperation Center for retired military cadres in Shanghai.
