On October 27, it was learned from the Jinyuan District Culture and Tourism Bureau that Guo Liang, a party member, a volunteer of Lei Feng and a cultural leader in Suo Village, Jinci Town, and Zhang Rui, a teacher at the District Cultural Center, fully demonstrated the quality of enthusiasm for public welfare and were selected as outstanding cultural volunteers in the cultural volunteer activities of "Spring Rain Project", "Sunshine Project" and "Dream Realization Project" in Shanxi Province.
Guo Liang is a veteran who has won the honorary title of "the most beautiful retired soldier in Jinyuan District", and has won the "Best Performance Award of Shanxi Province's 'Master in Folk' Instrumental Music Performance" and "The Best Style Award of Shanxi Provincial Local Culture Talent Skills Competition". Over the years, he has always maintained the true color of "retired soldiers who do not fade", actively participated in cultural public welfare undertakings, used his expertise to train the city's Pottery Flute counselors 56 times, recorded 21 videos of Pottery Flute Teaching Aids, and accumulated more than 200 counselors and more than 1,300 students in school. Since the beginning of this year, he has driven more than 600 kilometers back and forth on five occasions, insisted on donating more than 80 pottery flutes and accessories to the primary school and welfare institute of Qicheng Village, Daying Town, Fanzhi County, Xinzhou City, and carried out training 15 times, benefiting more than 300 people. Through training and learning, students not only mastered the playing skills of the ancient Chinese instrument - tao flute, but also let the children learn to read music and cultivate children's emotions with music. According to statistics, Guo Liang has actually completed 68 hours of volunteer service in the "Dream Realization Project", with an average monthly service time of 17 hours.
Zhang Rui has always been committed to the popularization and promotion of art and family education, and has won the honorary titles of "First Prize of National Youth Chinese Group Dance" and "Solo Dance of Shanxi Taoli Cup Dance Competition, First Prize of Group Dance" and so on. In addition to actively participating in the training services of Chinese dance and street dance such as "Sunshine Project" and "Spring Rain Project", he also gave "Family Education" lectures at Guchengying Primary School for a long time, which was well received by students and parents as well as the school. A total of 28 training sessions were carried out during the volunteer activities, benefiting more than 450 students, completing 56 hours of volunteer service, with an average monthly service time of 16 hours.
Since the beginning of this year, in order to successfully complete the provincial "Spring Rain Project", "Sunshine Project" and "Dream Realization Project" cultural volunteer activities, the Jinyuan District Culture and Tourism Bureau has specially set up a volunteer service leading group, established an organizational service work mechanism, and really worked hard and consistently, and handed over a perfect answer sheet for the provincial and municipal cultural tourism volunteer service projects. The district cultural center also constantly innovates cultural volunteer service work, continuously meets the needs of the masses for a better spiritual life, stimulates the enthusiasm of volunteers for "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", and strives to let the masses experience happiness and feel civilization in cultural inclusive activities.
Relying on the Lei Feng Volunteer Service Workstation of the District Cultural Center, combined with the long history, rural characteristics and cultural needs of the masses in Jinyuan District, the cultural volunteer service team is organized to carry out the volunteer projects of the mass literary and artistic public welfare performances such as "entering the city block" and "entering the rural tourism destination" every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday in Changning Park, Jinci Park, Huata Village, Sanjia Village and Nanzhang Village, and carry out the volunteer projects of mass literary and artistic public welfare performances such as "entering the city block" and "entering the rural tourism destination", and in the activity time of more than 6 months, the cumulative service time of each art troupe exceeded 50 hours.
