The reporter met Zhou Rui at the door of his company located on Jianshe Road.

In 1991, Zhou Rui was born in Shuangliu, Chengdu.
After graduating from vocational high school, he entered the electronics factory, worked as an elevator installation and maintenance worker, and changed many jobs before and after. At that time, he always had endless energy in his body, and he wanted to try everything when he saw it, and he would do what he thought.
During the Spring Festival of 2014, Zhou Rui chatted with relatives at home and talked about his future plans. One of the relatives is engaged in coffee-related work, saying that there is a supply of coffee beans in his hand, the quality is very good, but there is no suitable market development personnel, Zhou Rui immediately said, I come.
At that time, there were far fewer cafes in Chengdu than there are today, and there were even fewer shuangliu. Their road ahead is not easy.
But fortunately, young, there are opportunities for trial and error, just do it.
That year, Zhou Rui ran all over Chengdu's large and small cafes, selling coffee beans. In order to have more time to run the business, he ran from eight o'clock in the morning to eight o'clock in the evening, ate at noon, took a little rest, and then ran again in the afternoon, like a top, all the way to the end.
At the beginning, because of the limited oral expression ability, the customer could not understand, he explained several times.
"If the customer doesn't understand it, I keep saying it, and if I don't understand it, I will repeat it twice or three times until they understand it."
Over time, Zhou Rui has a deep understanding of coffee, and more importantly, the owners of the café are impressed by this persistent young man, so the opportunity comes.
After a year of running the business, a customer approached him and said he wanted to open a café in Dazhou and ask him to help with the preparations.
The preparation process includes the selection of coffee beans, the category to the production of coffee, and the whole process is done again. After making this order, the harvest was very rich, Zhou Rui tasted the sweetness, his vision also broadened a lot, and he began not to be satisfied with running business every day.
In February 2015, Zhou Rui had his first coffee trading company.
The first time to start a business, because of the lack of channels, information, coupled with lack of experience, failed.
Failure is not terrible. Soon, Zhou Rui regained his strength. In 2016, Zhou Rui and two friends partnered together to open a second company. This is now the one that has been in business for nearly 6 years.
Speaking of the difficulties encountered at that time, Zhou Rui said with a smile, this company just had three partners at the beginning, the division of labor is not clear, coupled with too little business, for a period of time, profits can not support expenses, fortunately, three people work together, understand the management of management, I am familiar with the business has been running business, and finally carried over.
At present, the company's operation is normal, mainly engaged in coffee trade, milk tea and related equipment and other raw materials supply.
The original team of three people has now become 20 people, with online stores and a warehouse of nearly 800 square meters.
Although he has a disability, in Zhou Rui's eyes, he never regards himself as a disabled person.
When he was studying, his mother arranged for Zhou Rui to apply for a disability certificate, but he refused to go.
"I never think of myself as a disabled person, just a little flawed, and this flaw is just a little bit of a problem in expression."
When running business, people around him are not optimistic about him, sales are by talking, but Zhou Rui relies on his unremitting efforts to impress others.
"When I encounter difficulties, I should give myself a challenge not to worry about what to do if I am a disabled person."
Sitting in a chair in the office, Zhou Rui talked, although some words were not very clear, but as long as you listened a little carefully, you can understand.
Zhou Rui's favorite coffee is a latte, which has the soft taste of milk and the aroma of coffee. "Coffee actually has thousands of flavors, some people love to drink American, some people love to drink mocha, like I love to drink lattes, and most importantly, you have to find your favorite, your own taste!" 」

Today, Zhou Rui's company has long been on the right track, cooperating with more than 700 merchants, all over Chengdu and Sichuan, but their footsteps do not stop.
Because his family lives in Shuangliu, Zhou Rui travels back and forth between the company and his home almost every day, and he enjoys it.
At present, Zhou Rui intends to build a frozen warehouse of nearly 1,000 square meters, mainly used to store fruits and raw materials for making fruit tea that need to be frozen and preserved. Speaking of the future, Zhou Rui's eyes shone with light, and his words were full of longing.
