Notice on the Public Collection of Image Materials of Wildlife under Key Protection in Shanxi Province
Wildlife Conservation Volunteers and Enthusiasts:
After the adjustment of the "Directory of Wild Animals under National Key Protection" and the "List of Wild Animals under Key Protection in Shanxi Province", there have been major changes from before. In order to improve the public's awareness of the protection of wild animals in our province, strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, and promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, we intend to compile and print a new edition of the "Directory of Wild Animals under Key Protection in Shanxi Province", in order to ensure the quality of the atlas, we decided to collect wildlife photographic works from wildlife conservation volunteers and enthusiasts in the whole society. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Content of the collection of works
Species in the List of Wild Animals under Key Protection in Shanxi Province (see annex for details)
2. Requirements for works
(1) Photographic works must be photographed in Shanxi Province, and the identification characteristics of species are required to be clear.
(2) The collection of works needs to submit an electronic version of the photo, the electronic version of the photo should be the original picture, the format is jpg, tif, raw, the resolution > 300dpi, and the electronic version of the file is named after "author name + telephone".
(3) The photographic data should indicate the name of the animal species, the time and place of shooting, the person who took the photograph and other information.
(4) This collection does not organize awards, because it is a public welfare publicity, the selected works do not pay the manuscript fee, only the author's signature. Works that are not selected will not be rejected and will not be circulated to the public.
(5) The author of the selected works will be a volunteer of the Shanxi Wildlife Conservation Association, receive the volunteer certificate of the association, and participate in the relevant activities organized by the association.
