Located on Tinghong Road, the silk spinning factory was established in 1965, covering an area of 260 acres, and is the largest enterprise in the production scale of the silk and linen textile industry in Guangxi.

Nanning Sugar Factory was established in January 1958, and merged with the Nanning Paper Mill Preparatory Office in February to be renamed Guangxi Nanning Sugar And Paper Factory. It is one of the four major sugar factories in Guangxi. The factory covers an area of 540 acres, which was closed in 2006.

Under the rolling economic wave, Nanhua Nanjian Road Factory area was stopped and relocated. A large amount of land was left in the center of the city. Due to the impact of chemical production, the land in the plant area cannot be directly developed. Therefore, after the demolition of the factory, the land was treated harmlessly.
Since 2016, Nanhua has repaired and treated the soil in the factory area harmlessly.

The south-south aluminum on Tinghong Road has been developing relatively well. It is the economic pillar of Gangnam District. The factory area is still in production, but now some of it has been demolished and relocated. The demolition and modification part became the current Jiangnan Tanyue. There are also many vacant lots in the aluminum factory.

At this point, I found Tinghong Road in the core area of Jiangnan, which is really the "golden link" of Jiangnan District, and there are many large markets along Tinghong Road, each leading the way. Bounded by the Avenue of Stars: hanlin tangyue mansion and wanda plaza (built) in the east, Baiyi Shanghe City (completed) and Jiangnan Tanyue in the west; further west is the China Resources Jiangnan Center; along the road there are also the aforementioned Longguang 1940 acres, as well as the newly demolished and remodeled plots of south-south aluminum.
