After 22 days in judicial detention, Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Road Prison in Mumbai on the morning of Saturday, October 30. Aryan was received off the field by his father, Shah Rukh Khan.
Around 8:20 a.m. on Saturday, Shah Rukh Khan was spotted leaving his residence in Bandra, Manat, to bring Aryan home. Nitin Vaychal, the head of Arthur Road Prison, revealed that the process of releasing Aryan takes one to two hours, and Aryan may be released between 10 a.m. and noon.
At around 11:10 a.m. on Saturday morning, Aryan was seen walking out of the house toward his father, Shah Rukh Khan's car. Since his arrest in early October, fans and family have been waiting for the star kid to come home. Manat was reportedly decorating Aryan's Home Friday Night.
Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail by the Mumbai High Court on October 28, but the processing of bail applications takes some time. On October 29, HC released detailed conditions for Aryan's bail prior to his release from Arthur's Road prison.
Under the HC order, Aryan and another defendant must sign a PR bond worth Rs 100,000 with one or more guarantors. The order states that the applicant/defendant should not indulge in any activity registered with the CR for an offence under the NDPS Act.
