The Standing Committee of the 17th District People's Congress held its 41st meeting

On October 31, Jiao Zongqi, director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, presided over the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 17th District People's Congress to hear and deliberate and pass relevant topics and personnel appointment and dismissal motions.

The meeting heard and deliberated and adopted the "Comprehensive Report on the Management of State-owned Assets in the Whole Region" issued by the District People's Government; heard and deliberated and adopted the "Report of the District People's Government on the Handling of the Motions of the First Session of the Seventeenth District People's Congress" and evaluated the satisfaction of the handling; heard and deliberated and adopted the "Report of the District People's Government on the Handling of the Suggestions of the Deputies to the Fifth Session of the Seventeenth District People's Congress" and evaluated the satisfaction evaluation of the handling; and listened to the preparations for the First Session of the Eighteenth District People's Congress Deliberate the relevant documents of the first session of the Eighteenth District People's Congress; deliberate the work report of the Standing Committee of the Seventeenth District People's Congress (draft); deliberate and adopt the decision on convening the first session of the Eighteenth District People's Congress (draft); deliberate and adopt the relevant personnel appointment and dismissal motions.

The meeting pointed out that the five years in which the Seventeenth District People's Congress performed its duties were an extraordinary five years in the history of Yunyang's development, and the five years in which Yunyang District coped with major challenges, withstood major tests, and made major achievements. In the course of performing its duties in the past five years, the Standing Committee of the Seventeenth District People's Congress has always adhered to centering on the center and serving the overall situation, closely focusing on the central work of the district committee and the overall situation of reform, development, and stability of the whole region, closely focusing on promoting economic and social development and reform to tackle major issues in accordance with the law, closely focusing on protecting the rights and interests of the people and improving the people's livelihood and well-being, and putting the work of promoting the implementation of the central work of the district committee in the first place.
