According to the plan, this year, Fuzhou City will start the transformation of four high-quality drinking water pilot areas such as Taijiang Aofeng Area, Cangshan Strait Convention and Exhibition Center Area, Changle Binhai New Town Startup Area, and Jin'an District Municipal Party Committee Party School Surrounding Area, and the project is planned to be completed by the end of 2023, so as to realize that the drinking water quality of the user end in the pilot area fully meets the high-quality drinking water standards, and summarize the construction and management experience that can be used for global promotion. By the end of 2025, the drinking water quality of about 240,000 households in the six urban areas and some areas of university towns will fully meet the high-quality drinking water standards.
In terms of water sources
The plan proposes that by the end of 2025, the main indicators of the water quality of centralized drinking water sources in cities and counties will reach the class II water standard, and by the end of 2030, the main indicators will strive to reach the class II water standard, and by the end of 2035, the indicators will reach the class II water standard. The risk of blooms in lake and reservoir-type water sources is effectively suppressed. At the same time, Fuzhou City will speed up the construction of water source projects such as the Langqi Branch Line and the "One Gate and Three Lines" of the Tangsaka Water Diversion Project to promote the rational allocation of water resources.
In terms of water plants
Fuzhou City will carry out the transformation of the deep treatment process of the water plant, improve the level of automatic management and online monitoring, improve the ability to deal with the sudden change of water quality of water sources, and further improve the water quality and stability of the factory. It is planned to complete the deep treatment and transformation of 4 urban water plants by the end of 2025, and complete the deep treatment and transformation of 10 urban water plants by the end of 2035.
Municipal water supply pipe network and pump station new construction and renovation
It is planned that by the end of December next year, the Feifeng Shan Shui Plant to the high-tech zone cross-river pipeline will be completed, and by the end of 2025, 7 booster pump stations will be built in Ma'anshan, Dengyun, Jinshan, Sanjiangkou, Meifeng, Xindian Super High Area, licuoshan and so on, to further improve the level of regional water supply security. At the same time, accelerate the transformation of the old municipal pipe network, plan to transform about 200 kilometers of old municipal pipe network in the six urban areas and university towns by the end of 2025, and then transform about 60 kilometers of old municipal pipe network by the end of 2035, and promote the flushing and maintenance of the water supply pipe network in combination with the completion of the transformation of the water plant and the pipe network.
In terms of the bidding of secondary water supply facilities in residential areas
Mainly for the un-household reform and non-copy of the multi-storey community, high-rise residential areas built before 2010 (inclusive), high-rise communities with high leakage rate, the use of eliminated pipes and pump rooms need to be transformed for transformation, generally including pump rooms (including pressurization facilities, pool boxes), ground pipes, risers and other facilities, should be combined with the transformation of old residential areas synchronously promoted, and the use of remote intelligent control means, the operation of secondary water supply facilities efficient management, to ensure the safety and stability of residents' secondary water supply health. It is planned to complete the transformation of about 240,000 secondary water supply facilities in the six urban areas and university towns by the end of 2025, and complete the transformation of about 880,000 secondary water supply facilities by the end of 2035.
Renovation of household terminal water supply pipelines
For some residents to use old obsolete pipes (galvanized pipes) in their indoor water supply pipes, or internal water supply systems that may affect the quality of tap water, they will be upgraded by guiding residents to pay for themselves.
Construction of water quality improvement projects in public places
Fuzhou City will carry out the transformation of secondary water supply facilities or the construction of terminal direct drinking facilities in public places such as parks, squares, libraries, museums, concert halls, stadiums, convention centers, tourist attractions, office halls and offices that provide public services for citizens, airports, wharves, railway stations, high-speed rail stations, long-distance passenger stations, subway stations, etc.
Smart water
Fuzhou City will establish an intelligent water quality monitoring system for the whole process of water supply.
