Mr. Lin Sanzhi took a photo at the Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum
The homepage of today's headlines shows that today is my 1052nd day of creating headlines. This number looks very festive, and I can't help but have some feelings. It was a surprise to think that I, a person who was usually like a crane in the clouds, could write for so long and get the love of so many friends. I think it is more dependent on the encouragement of the platform and the preference of friends. Thanks together!
Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum collects Mr. Lin Sanzhi's inkblot
Before writing, I specifically Baidu what is the connotation of 1052? It says that 1000 represents eternity and 52 represents my love. That's right! This is also in line with my basic attitude towards Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and painting collection: I choose what I love and cling to what I love. However, with the deepening of lin sanzhi's calligraphy and painting collection, more and more new situations continue to emerge, and some of them have overturned my previous cognition. Now, calm down and revisit the experience, it seems that I have learned something and have a lot to say. Where to start? Let's start with my three yearless friends! They are also one of the guides in my collection of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings, and it can be said that most of my views on Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and painting collection also come from their three teachers.
Teacher Sang Zuokai guided the appreciation of Mr. Lin Sanzhi's 1970s cursive masterpiece Chairman Mao's poem "Bu Operator. Wing Mei
First of all, let's talk about Mr. Sang Zuokai, I call Mr. Sang a "Mu Jian faction". He had a name called "Three Masters Hall", which was written for him by Old Man Xiao Xian. As the name suggests, it refers to Mr. Sang's three teachers: Lin Sanzhi, Gao Ershi and Xiao Xian. Among them, Mr. Sang followed Elder Lin for the longest time, from 1972 to study with Elder Lin until Elder Lin died. This period was also an important stage in which Lin Lao's calligraphy style was constantly changing, and it went through many changes in the law and the gradual maturity of calligraphy. Mr. Sang was fortunate to be able to accompany him, and in the process of grinding ink for Elder Lin, he was deeply taught and read the Fa books. Four years before His death, in 1985, Mr. Sang edited the Selected Calligraphy of Lin Sanzhi, selecting more than 120 fine works of Lin Lao from different periods from more than 2,000 alternative works. Before the publication, Mr. Sang had shown the sample manuscript to Elder Lin, who gave a high evaluation to the selection of these works, and also said that he was very pleased to see the publication of his calligraphy collection in his lifetime. It is precisely based on the fact that a large number of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy is authentic, that we can understand the calligraphy characteristics of Lin Lao in different periods, and we can know the authenticity of the open volume. This method of identifying the authenticity of calligraphy and painting by eye has a long history, and its premise is that the author must be very familiar with the author and have seen the practice accumulation of a large number of authentic works. Calligraphy and painting works are also the only categories that cannot completely rely on science and technology to identify authenticity. Technology can detect the age, ink and printing of paper, but it is powerless to determine who did it, and can only rely on the eyes, through the naked eye and its own accumulation for comprehensive verification.

Next, let's talk about Mr. Shao Chuan, who is the author of the "Annals of Lin San", and I call Mr. Shao Chuan the "Examination Sect". In fact, Mr. Shao is not a simple writer, he is also a calligrapher and connoisseur. Because his grandfather Mr. Shao Zihui and Lin Lao were close friends, Lin Shao's two families were also family friends. Since he was a child, he has been taught by Elder Lin, who often demonstrates writing and painting for him, and has many fine works to give to him. Especially in the process of compiling the "Annals of Lin San", Mr. Shao also quoted from the side, constantly refined the evidence, and accumulated a large number of historical materials and physical materials. From the surviving works of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings, go to the false and save the true, and choose the best of the best. Truly have facts, sources, and evidence. As large as the time, place, person and reason corresponding to Lin Lao's work, the ins and outs of a seal and an object are also clear. These conclusions must be corroborated by the physical data after the eye and identification.
Mr. Tang Weishu and Mr. Xu Bangda took photos
Finally, speaking of Mr. Tang Weishu, I call Mr. Tang a "practical combatist", which actually has two reasons: First, he was a veteran and acted decisively and competently. Second, he was involved in the collection of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings very early and was a famous collector in Nanjing. To be precise, he should be a Confucian merchant first, then a connoisseur. Among the collectors of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings that I have seen, it is really rare to be able to conduct a meticulous study of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and painting works like him. He has long been in the forefront of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and painting collection, and for more than thirty years, lin sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings have been no less than 2,000 pieces. Mr. Tang may be about the same age as my father, and he is a calligrapher and painter with me, but he does not have the concealment in the circle of calligraphy and painting for me, which is a kind of promotion of the elderly to the later learning, from Mr. Tang's collection practice, I have waived a lot of eye-catching tuition, and he also told me to read more lin old poems. "Poetry on the River" was also picked up by hand for him, and he often said, you don't know the content and background of the work, how to appreciate it? And how can we distinguish between true and false? I feel fortunate to be able to listen to his teachings often, and there are very few such teachers in the painting and calligraphy collection circle today.
The above three of my teachers have introduced themselves to everyone, and the collection of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings shared with friends is also in it. In fact, there are two meanings: First, it is not possible to collect Lin Sanzihua paintings simply, but it is necessary to study deeply and carefully, to explore the materials and evidence of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings, especially the study of "Lin Sanzhi Annals" and "Jiangshang Poetry", if the above two have been studied, for some of the authenticity of Lin Sanzhi's calligraphy and paintings, in theory and fact, we can immediately draw conclusions, which can avoid stepping on some unnecessary pits. Second, for some collectors and friends, in addition to busy business, they may wish to take more time and find more opportunities to look at the 1985 "Selected Calligraphy of Lin San" and "The Annals of Lin San". I believe that after Tibetan friends have seen it, they will definitely have new gains!
