Huaiyin hearing properly handle land acquisition disputes

On October 26, in the Yingdong Community Consultation Room of the Wangjiaying Street Office in Huaiyin, the parties on both sides were present one after another. This case is a non-litigation review case of administrative expropriation and requisition of housing caused by urban development planning. In accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents in accordance with the regional development plan, the government issued a "Decision on Compensation for Housing Expropriation" to the respondent, Mr. Zhou, and later Zhou did not apply for administrative reconsideration of the decision or file an administrative lawsuit, but failed to fulfill the relevant requirements of the decision. The district government filed an administrative non-litigation review with the Huaiyin court, requesting compulsory enforcement.

Bao Wenbin, president of the Expedited Tribunal, held a hearing in accordance with relevant regulations, at which the two sides failed to reach an agreement on the implementation standards for compensation, demolition and resettlement, etc. After review, the court held that the expropriation procedure in the case was legal, open and legitimate, and that the compensation decision also safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the respondent, and should be supported, so it made a ruling and allowed compulsory enforcement.

In order to properly resolve the dispute and steadily promote the expropriation process, Bao Wenbin rushed to the scene, and after an afternoon of consultation, the two sides finally reached an agreement and signed relevant agreements, and the case was satisfactorily resolved.
