Wucheng Renjia Community is a farm house improvement project in Matou Town, covering an area of 37 acres, with a total construction area of about 10,000 square meters, and a total of 28 buildings, of which 27 are residential and 1 is a public service center. Construction began in July 2020 and will be completed by the end of March 2021. Farm house improvement is a people's heart project to benefit the people, the opinions and needs of the masses are the "wind vane" of the farm house improvement project, Matou Town in strict accordance with the mass application, village and town review procedures, the 88 rural households with remote addresses into the first batch of transformation scope, 88 peasant households involved in low-income households 10 households, 27 low-income peasant households that have been lifted out of poverty, the rest are general farmers, these farmers basically live in scattered villages, the desire for improvement of farm houses is very strong. In the early stage, the demolition and relocation of houses progressed smoothly, and 88 peasant households demolished and reclaimed 102 mu of land, which can increase the annual income of farmers by more than 1,000 yuan.
Help employment, bulge the money bag. Let the relocated farmers "move out, live steadily, can get rich" is the basis for the improvement of farmhouses, there are 3 garment processing plants around the project, more than 140 acres of vineyards, more than 100 acres of vegetable bases, etc., and labor is needed all year round. In terms of employment assistance, 13 peasant households such as Luo Caimei and Wu Aihua were provided with jobs in the nearest factory, which effectively solved the employment problem of low-income farmers and increased the income of the masses significantly. Our town has also arranged public welfare posts for some people in difficulty, Wang Xiaoyong and Cheng Xingwang have arranged property management positions for two low-income households, and provided sanitation workers for Zhang Yezhong, Zhang Yonghua and other 5 households. 80% of the relocated households have received work arrangements within their capabilities, and 90% of the relocated households can increase their per capita annual income by more than 10,000 yuan. It provides a strong guarantee for farmers to continue to increase their income.

Wucheng people in accordance with the standard of "seven links, nine have ten in place" to give supporting facilities, changed the appearance of the village, the living area environment is good, the transportation is convenient, the supporting facilities are complete, is a well-planned and designed residential area. Water, electricity, gas, broadband, parking lots, fitness facilities, greenery, etc. are readily available, and the residential area is close to schools, hospitals, etc., which is convenient for children to go to school, the elderly to provide for the elderly, and seek medical treatment. It has improved the higher quality of production and life for the masses. In the community management, the red housekeeper model is adopted, and the retired old party members and old cadres in the village spontaneously act as the community management personnel of the Wucheng people's home, and regularly carry out cleaning and community management work.
