A hundred voices move at will, and the mountain flowers are high and low. Knowing that the lock listened to the golden cage, it was not as good as the forest's hooves. Ouyang Xiu's poem, titled "Thrush", describes the free and unrestrained image of a thrush bird after it is released from the cage.
The thrush is brownish yellow throughout, the form is dexterous and lively, and the call is crisp and pleasant, which is a traditional cage bird in China. Flower and bird markets, park squares in groups of three or five walking birds, fighting birds, has become a fashion of "bird lovers" people, tiger thrush, gold thrush has become the folk "elegant name" for thrush.

On February 1, 2021, the State Council approved the implementation of the new "List of Wild Animals under National Key Protection", more than ten species of caged birds with a history of traditional ornamental breeding in China, such as thrush, red-billed acacia bird, gebair, Mongolian lark, and lark, were upgraded to "national security", and were listed as national second-level key protected wild animals.
Recently, the Shexian People's Court in Anhui Province held a public hearing on a criminal case endangering precious wild animals.
After investigation, in mid-June 2021, Pan Mou, who has a "special love" for thrushes, found that there were many thrushes in the mountain forest near the village, and Pan caught 1 thrush in the mountain forest with his bare hands. Later, starting in mid-July, Pan used the bird as a "bird trap", bringing bird cages and other tools to hunt 3 thrushes in the mountain forest and raising them at home for viewing. On July 24, after receiving the alarm, the Guilin Forest Police Station of the Shexian Public Security Bureau seized 4 thrushes on the spot in Pan's home. After appraisal, the 4 birds and animals involved in the case were all thrushes of wild animals under national second-level key protection, and the value of the case was 4,000 yuan. On July 28, under the joint witness of relevant personnel, 4 thrushes illegally hunted by Pan were released into nature.
After trial, the court held that defendant Pan mou violated wildlife protection laws and regulations and illegally hunted 4 thrushes of wild animals under national secondary key protection without approval, and his behavior had constituted the crime of endangering precious wild animals, and should be punished according to law. Based on the facts of defendant Pan's crime, the nature and circumstances of the crime, and the degree of harm to society, the court sentenced defendant Pan to one year's fixed-term imprisonment, suspended for one year and six months, and fined him RMB 1,000.
Pan Mou left tears of remorse in court: "I really didn't expect that I caught a few seemingly ordinary and common thrushes, and I accidentally broke the law, only blaming myself for my weak legal awareness!" In the future, we must conscientiously study the law, strictly abide by the law, and educate our relatives and friends around us through our own profound lessons, and jointly guard the 'beautiful homeland' of wild animals."
Building a beautiful home where man and nature coexist in harmony is the unshirkable responsibility and obligation of every citizen, the whole society should further enhance the awareness of wildlife protection, completely prohibit the consumption of terrestrial wild animals, artificial domestication and breeding of wild animals must be approved by the wildlife protection authorities, can not destroy wildlife resources for their own selfish interests, otherwise it will not only destroy biodiversity, but also belong to illegal and criminal acts, and will be severely punished by the law.
The public security organs remind that the "bird lovers" who are still secretly raising thrushes must seriously study the laws and regulations on wildlife protection, and it will give you a satisfactory answer. (Contributed by: She Gong)
