This year, the most impressive thing was that a Xinjiang boy in the class fell down by the pool because of naughtiness. This is a lively and cheerful student, the first time to meet with Xinjiang students, he grinned at me from afar, shouting "Hello teacher, the first time to meet, please give more advice."

When I arrived at the scene, he was already in a wheelchair with blood stains on his clothes, and when he saw me, he smiled embarrassedly and said, "Hello teacher, I accidentally fell." Thinking it was a minor injury, I joked: "Still laughing, wrestling doesn't hurt."

Then learn about the condition from the school doctor who treated the wound, and see what happened in the hands of the prefect, in the video, the student runs with a helper, takes off in the air, and the calf smashes hard into the sharpest part of the cement pool and falls to the ground. The school doctor said that the calf bone may have been directly broken.

What kind of pain is this? The student said to the director of the Xinjiang Department: "Director, you don't blame my class teacher, it's all my own greed." When I came to the hospital, I was very distressed to see him screaming in pain as the bed moved and trembled, and he kept stressing that he should not tell his mother about it, and did not want his family to worry.

I suddenly realized that it was not that he was smiling at me, but that he didn't want me to worry. A fourteen or fifteen-year-old child, thousands of miles away from home to study in Dongguan, his parents can not accompany him at the first time. After the operation in the hospital, the parents of the students rushed to Dongguan, and after handing over the relevant matters, I returned to the school to discuss follow-up matters with the prefect and director. The school arranged accommodation for the child's mother to take care of his daily life, but learning was a big problem.

As a teacher, as his homeroom teacher, I am responsible for him. Therefore, I immediately arranged for the student to pack up his textbooks, instructed the class representative to sort out and copy the learning materials and class notes, consulted with the parents, and urged the child to follow the notes during the hospitalization. And the subject I teach myself is personally responsible, go to the hospital to study, every day the school hospital runs at both ends, although it is a little hard, but I have gained a deep teacher-student relationship.

I'm new to work, and like most recent graduates, I'm full of energy. As a new class teacher and new teacher, before the start of the school year, I worked with my new colleagues to formulate a series of class management regulations, prepare for the first class of the school, and look forward to the class atmosphere and order.

Contrary to our wishes, reality has hit us hard. At the beginning of the school year, a variety of small problems in the class came one after another, such as: dormitory hygiene, classmate relations, early departure, etc. As a new teacher, we have to take into account the work of the class teacher and the teaching work, busy and anxious, overtime is the norm, even when sleeping at night are thinking, everyone often exchanges experience while eating, and discusses how to manage the class. Together, we felt the stones to cross the river, cheered each other up, made progress together, and were glad to meet this group of like-minded partners in Wangao.

But Meng Xin is always Meng Xin, and we will consult experienced homeroom tutors, subject tutors, and other old teachers in the office for some thorny problems that cannot be handled. They helped us, gave us support, taught us how to cultivate and make good use of class leaders, how to communicate with parents, build a harmonious home-school environment, how to communicate with students with psychological problems, and what kind of reward and punishment mechanism to set.

At the same time, the school also helps us grow by holding a series of activities such as class teacher skills competitions, young teacher competitions, and school-level open classes. I remember my first open class, the old teachers of the subject group helped me prepare experimental equipment, put forward valuable suggestions for improvement of my teaching plan, so that I could finally present a vivid and wonderful open class.

The school leaders are also very concerned about the growth of new teachers, and the director and the two prefects who are not doing well and are not good enough will mention us in time, and they teach us to work hard and live happily at the same time.

I am very fortunate to join Dongguan Education, in the big family of Guangao, after a year of growth, I have a certain accumulation of experience in class management and teaching, and have achieved some results.
