ingredient:
8 duck paws, 8 slices of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 green onions, 4 dried chili peppers, 1 spoonful of spicy sauce, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of chicken essence, 2 grams of pepper.
method:
1. Wash 8 duck palms.
2. Slice the ginger, cut the garlic, cut the green onion into white sections, cut the dried chili peppers into sections, and 1 spoonful of spicy sauce. Here the spicy sauce can be replaced by watercress sauce.
3. Blanch the duck paws in cold water.
4. Rinse off the foam and set aside.
5. Add bottom oil to the pot and sauté ginger, garlic, white onion and dried chili peppers over low heat.
