Braised hoof tendons are simple and delicious.

Trotter tendon 300g
Shiitake mushrooms 8g
Magnolia tablets 60g
Soy sauce 12g
Cooking wine 12g
1 green onion
Starch 12g
Ginger 1 piece
Salt to taste
MSG to taste
Old soup 250g
Cooking oil to taste
Method/step
In the first step, the trotter tendons are cooked, fished out and cut into segments, and set aside.
In the second step, wash and cut the green onion into sections, wash and slice the ginger, and set aside.
In the third step, the mushrooms are thoroughly haired and the stalks are removed, and the magnolia slices are washed and cut into strips, and set aside.
In the fourth step, pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it, add the green onion and stir-fry the ginger slices.
Step 5: Add shiitake mushrooms, magnolia slices and sauté for 1 minute, add soy sauce, hoof tendons, salt, cooking wine, pour in the old soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
