"In 2003 I invented the "spiral clamp interchangeable head cutting tool", which reduced the past 300 turning tools to 50 bits, similar to a shaver, with a round rod holder that can be placed on top of the knife head and arbitrarily combined on the lathe. 50 bits can be standardized production, and the efficiency has also increased, and the average part that used to take 15 parts has now become 8. Later, this technology also obtained a national patent and was widely used in machining, and this patented technology was purchased by knife manufacturing factories in other provinces. According to the results of social and economic benefits, Chengfei Company named this knife "Hou Cheng Che Knife", which is the only item named after the company after himself.

How many exercises he has done, how many times he has failed, Hou Cheng has no memory, and his hands are the best proof. "There are more than 20 visible scars on the hands, and injuries are commonplace." He recalled the invention process of "Hou Cheng Che Knife" for the audience, which was a process full of twists and turns and the exploration of extraordinary quality.

Hou Cheng said, "Roughly, over the years, through his hands, at least 100,000 parts have been successfully produced, and Hou Cheng's "craftsmanship" has been on Airbus A320, Boeing 757 and other aircraft. Someone helped me count, conservatively more than 100,000. Because the tolerance of ordinary parts produced by machinery is already within 0.02 mm, manual calibration is required to obtain a more accurate finished product. The tolerance can be controlled within 0.008 mm after passing through my hand. ”

The sharp weapon of eagle strike long sky also needs to be built with ingenuity, and the outstanding achievement comes from being diligent, down-to-earth and breaking through innovation, which is the career pursuit and life belief of "Chengdu craftsmen".

Splendid Tianfu

Without the pursuit of perfection and superiority, there is no excellence and ingenuity, and the third guest of the Qingqing Forum is Hu Guangjun, a former employee of Chengdu Shu Brocade Factory, a silk engineer, a provincial inheritor of Shu brocade weaving skills of the national intangible cultural heritage project, a provincial master of arts and crafts, and a provincial master of folk art (brocade craft).

"Shu brocade has a history of nearly 3,000 years, as far as the 50 years I personally experienced, in the 60s and 70s, the artists and engineering and technical personnel of Chengdu Shujin Factory set off a vigorous climax of technological reform, this time the technological reform through the optimization of various types of work processes, the upgrading of looms, so that the brocade fabric width increased from more than 60 centimeters to more than 150 centimeters, reducing labor intensity and improving labor productivity. The variety of colors, output, quality and safety production have been greatly improved. Basically meet the needs of the market. ”

From the glorious history of Shujin to the former "sunset industry" to the protection and inheritance of today, he was full of emotions in the conversation. "Until now, the inheritance of Shujin still faces a shortage of personnel, on the one hand, it is a talent for design innovation, and there is also a talent for publicity. In fact, over the years, there have been many young people who want to enter the position of our Shujin protection and inheritance, but the growth cycle of our industry is relatively slow, so the brain drain is a more difficult problem. ”

Hu Guangjun has repeatedly mentioned the inheritance and development of Shujin, "In the process of protecting and promoting Shujin, on the one hand, we are expanding the operating market, actively cooperating across borders, and strengthening cooperation with some colleges, institutions and clothing manufacturers." On the other hand, the Shujin products we produce have been recommended by the Foreign Propaganda Office of the Propaganda Department of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee as the unit for purchasing foreign propaganda gifts. Now we are preparing for the restoration of traditional products such as Shu brocade bedding, interior jewelry, clothing fabrics and so on. It can be said that the government level is also actively promoting the recovery of Shujin, and we believe that the spring of Shujin is coming. ”

The half century that Hu Guangjun experienced in Shujin's nearly 3,000-year history may be described as "short", but for a generation, this is their life's work. Since 2008, Hu Guangjun has led the production of Shu Brocade Paintings and Shu Brocade Fabrics that have won many awards in various international and domestic exhibitions, and the Shu Brocade "Qingming River Map" produced by the team over a period of three years has been collected by the Sichuan Museum.
